Introduction
The quality/process manager enforces TSPi discipline: accurate data, followed scripts, effective inspections, and quality outcomes. This role makes the process visible and reliable.
Goals & Measures

Responsibilities
- Define/maintain standards (with support manager) and ensure usage.
- Coordinate and moderate inspections; ensure defects logged (LOGD/INS).
- Verify data quality in the TSPi tool; reconcile inconsistencies.
- Support weekly status with accurate process/quality info.
Inspections & Reviews
- Follow INS script: entry criteria, roles, logging, follow-up.
- Check yields; adjust checklists for recurring defects.
- Ensure integration test plan is inspected with SDS.
Data Integrity
- Audit time/defect/size entries; close gaps early.
- Keep SUMP/SUMQ current; support postmortem data quality.
- File meeting minutes and inspection records in the project notebook.
